Principal of Meier Estates & Ventures and Partner of Christie's International Real Estate NYC, Kate brings 23 years of celebrated success in the New York City estate industry to every client and beloved neighborhood. Her expertise as a creative marketing liaison aligns traditional, digital, and social communications to offer strategic, creative counsel that meets client objectives while keeping them at the forefront of an authentic audience. With a passion for design and years of extensive, first-hand experience in renovation and construction, she leads with an educated direction to maximize cost-effective opportunities for space.

Majoring in Theatre and Media at Fordham University, Kate understands the power of performance to set the stage from properties to presentations. She holds a degree in culinary management from Manhattan's Institute of Culinary Education (ICE). Her experience in New York City's fine-dining scene working under Katy Sparks, Jean George, The Matsushita Brothers at 10 Downing-the first pioneers to fuse dining with art curated by gallery owner Tracy Williams and years as Babouche restaurant's General Manager in Brooklyn, bring profitability, obsession for details and benchmark for the ultimate client experience.
